Venue Booking

Kindly read the following terms and conditions before proceeding:

  1. No Food or Beverages: Consumption of food or drinks is strictly prohibited inside the hall.
  2. No Sleeping: The hall should not be used for resting or sleeping.
  3. Restricted Hours: The hall is unavailable for use between 02:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
  4. No Storage: The hall cannot be used as a storage space for any items.
  5. Cleanliness: Users must ensure the hall is left clean and tidy after use.
  6. Furniture Arrangement: All furniture and equipment must remain in their designated places and should not be moved.
  7. Booking Authorization: Only authorized student teams with proper approval may book the hall.
  8. Technical Equipment Use Proper care must be taken while using any technical or audio-visual equipment, and any damage will be the responsibility of the user.
  9. Adherence to Booking Time The hall must be vacated promptly at the end of the booking period.

Note: CCTV surveillance is active at all times. Violations of these guidelines or damages caused will result in penalties and possible suspension of booking privileges.
